By accessing and using the Anavè Atelier website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Anavè Atelier reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
Anavè Atelier respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected on our website is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and service improvement. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, logos, and other content on the Anavè Atelier website are the intellectual property of Anavè Atelier. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
4. Product Information & Accuracy
Anavè Atelier strives to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, slight variations in color, design, or detail may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of products. All products are made to order and may differ slightly from the images displayed.
5. Order & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A 50% deposit is required to begin production of custom orders, and the remaining balance, including shipping, is due upon final approval of the finished product. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment platforms.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on production complexity, location, and customs processing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Anavè Atelier is not liable for lost or misdelivered items due to incorrect address details.
7. Returns & Custom Orders
Garments must be returned within 10 days of delivery and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
Custom size garments are made according to the measurements provided by the customer. Anavè Atelier is not responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
Customers are required to send photos and videos of measurements for approval when placing custom orders.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from their application will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
