RETURNS POLICY

Garments are produced based on the measurements provided by the customer, while custom designs are created according to the customer’s individual preferences and requests.

Before the order is shipped, the customer will receive photos or videos of the finished product as confirmation that the garment has been made according to the submitted measurements.

The customer understands that the same design may appear differently on different body types, depending on individual body structure. Additionally, slight color variations may occur between the product photos and the actual item due to different screen and display settings.

In cases where the product is handmade or includes artisanal elements, an exact replica of the displayed design cannot be guaranteed. If the same materials and embellishments are used, the final product will be approximately 90–95% similar to the promoted item.

Returns are accepted only if the item is shipped back within 10 days from the delivery date. The item must be returned in perfect condition; it may be tried on but must be returned in the same condition as received. Otherwise, the return will be refused. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all required customs documentation is accurately completed and included with the return package.

If the product does not meet expectations, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing photos and videos as evidence. Once the return process is completed, the customer will receive a refund notification.

For custom size orders, if the measurements provided by the customer are incorrect despite following our measurement guidelines, we do not take responsibility for the final outcome of the product.
